These last 8 weeks have been eye-opening for me in so many ways and have helped me kick start healthy habits - this is something I have struggled with my whole life. Now that the 8 week challenge has come to an end . I’ve never felt so proud of myself. I’ve struggled for years with my weight loss and eating habits I don’t even remember the last time I weighed under 90kg.I just want to say THANK YOU RILWAN for the continued support and guidance.
