I want to start by saying that Rilwan Omotoso, also known as One More One Less, is an incredible trainer and nutritionist. As an experienced bodybuilder, I have worked closely with him twice, and both times, I have achieved the progress I desired. His meticulous planning, such as suggesting a high-protein diet with specific meal timings, and workout plans, like a combination of strength training and HIIT, have been critical factors in my success.
Recently, I set a challenging goal to shed a few kilograms and reach below 100kg by May from 107 kg. I am currently 98 kg. It was a daunting task, but I could conquer it with Rilwan's unwavering support and guidance. From April to May, I faced numerous hurdles both mentally, such as battling cravings and maintaining motivation, and physically, like dealing with muscle soreness and fatigue. I had to push my limits in the gym, adhere to a stringent nutrition plan, and stay laser-focused on my goal. Rilwan was my pillar of strength, cheering me on and ensuring I stayed on course.
Every time I've sought Rilwan's guidance, I've experienced significant growth. He doesn't just provide a workout and nutrition plan, but he also instils motivation and pushes me to surpass my limits. It's not solely about achieving physical results, but also about fostering a resilient mindset and discipline. Rilwan has been instrumental in cultivating these qualities within me, and for that, I am deeply appreciative. His guidance has not only transformed my body but also my mindset, giving me the confidence to overcome any challenge.
I want this review to be public because Rilwan's expertise and dedication deserve recognition. He is not just a trainer, but a mentor and friend who genuinely cares about his clients' well-being. His ability to understand and adapt to individual needs, his unwavering support even during the toughest times, and his commitment to fostering a holistic approach to fitness and personal development are what set him apart. I cannot recommend Rilwan enough. From our very first consultation to our last weighted PT session he has put me at ease throughout. I have always been a nervous gym go-er, never venturing beyond structured taught classes, but the 8 week challenge has improved my gym confidence and I am now no longer phased with solo sessions in the open gym. These last 8 weeks have been eye-opening for me in so many ways and have helped me kick start healthy habits - this is something I have struggled with my whole life. Now I am on track thanks to Rilwan. He is a good listener, a fantastic PT coach and most importantly, he is approachable and gives you all the motivation you need. I have learnt a lot, have gained confidence to get into the weights section and have never stuck to some as consistently as I have stuck to this. Now that the 8 week challenge has come to an end . I’ve never felt so proud of myself. I’ve struggled for years with my weight loss and eating habits I don’t even remember the last time I weighed under 90kg.I just want to say THANK YOU RILWAN for the continued support and guidance. My mental and physical health has improved so much . I can finally run up the stairs without feeling like I’m close to passing out haha thank you !

At the start of this 8 week challenge it was quite daunting and scary as we had to look at the bits that were good and the bits that were bad and fit them all into a puzzle to make it work for me. Rilwan really took the time to make this as easy as possible and he put a lot of time and effort with the meal plans, workout plans & check ins. If i was struggling throughout the week he’d always be there to support and give guidance and push you through to the next stage. At the end of this eight week challenge. I’ve lost 13 pounds and that is amazing because i never thought it was possible. Now it’s over i really have to try and check in with myself and make myself accountable, but I know that if I ever need to message Rilwan or call him he will always be on the other side of the phone. I just want to really say thank you, this was a real eye opener and I’m honoured to be a part of your first eight week challenge.

Rilwan has to be one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever worked with. Rilwan really listens to my needs and understands what is necessary to help me achieve my goals. The sessions are well thought out, which makes it easier to follow by incorporating training styles that I enjoy. I’m someone who really struggles with my self-confidence , especially when I’m at the gym. Rilwan not only supports you with your physical health but you can tell that he genuinely cares about your mental wellbeing. I can now say that I am confident enough to know what I need to do to achieve my targets and no longer shy away from certain equipments at the gym.2 years ago

I've struggled so much with exercise and being healthy, always not knowing where to start and i could never be consistent at all. Was hesitant with putting myself out there getting a trainer, I'm so self conscious about my image and fitness. Finally built enough courage to search for a trainer and found Rilwan. Rilwan is the most patient and attentive trainer I could have ever asked for. He completely changed my approach to a healthy lifestyle and actually made me see the joy in getting fit and becoming disciplined with it which done wonders for anxiety. His knowledge is so incredible you can tell he genuinely cares about getting you better and becoming more confident within yourself. He believed in me so much it made be believe in myself.
